Assembly lines are often shut down to analyze soldering defects. Unfortunately, not all soldering defects are caused by the assembly soldering process. Design or fabrication defects can be the root of the problem. These types of defects are often not identified early enough in the process to avoid the costly shutting down of an assembly soldering line. This workshop is intended to provide the incoming inspector with the ability to identify fabrication defects or design flaws that would adversely affect subsequent assembly/test processes. |
